My Written Thoughts

21 st of March 2014 marks the birth of my daughter. She was born at Sungai Buloh Hospital at around 6.30pm. My wife was in labour since the night before, at 3am. Last year was the big moment when she found out she was pregnant. After having herself tested with a pregnancy test and further confirming it at a clinic, she was already 10 weeks pregnant! So the pregnant months were interesting. We went for check-ups, scanning, keeping track of the baby’s progress and stuff like that. And when the time came, I am glad to say I was there, in the labour room with her, holding her hand and gave her support. It’s true what they say. Giving birth is extremely painful. I can tell by the way my wife held my hand, squeezing it tightly on every push she made. Tears were running out of her eyes. Her whole face became red due to the hard pushes she made.
